As a retired dancer and fitness professional I truly believe Movement IS Medicine. I have spent the last 40 years of my life studying movement, the body, spirit and mind. As a personal trainer I could easily design a customized program for you, should you want that. I am also available to lead group events through meditation, yoga, stretch and foam rolling classes. ELDOA with Sheri Kimura

Description: ELDOA™ is a spine-strengthening and decompression method, developed by French osteopath, Guy VOYER, DO.  ELDOA classes are similar to yoga classes, in that the instructor guides the group through a series of postures, stretches, and movements to foster strength and mobility throughout the body.  The spinal ELDOAs use myofascial chains to decompress the intervertebral discs, while other postures open the hips, shoulder girdle, and ribcage.  It’s like a giant sigh of relief for the body; at the end of a class, participants feel relaxed, taller, and more expansive in their bodies.Sheri Kimura is a level 4 ELDOA Trainer. She is also a Pilates teacher and holds certifications in Global Postural Stretching (GPS) and Myofascial Stretching (MFS).

ZUMBA with Christina

Christina Houtris

As a dancer and performer, Christina was naturally drawn to Zumba and has been teaching Zumba® Fitness since 2013. She believes that everybody can and should dance!  

Zumba® Fitness is a fun, high-energetic and challenging way to keep moving, stay active and be healthy. Zumba® Fitness is for everybody and Every Body! 

Christina designs each class with intension and takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. 

Super effective? Check.

 Super fun? Check and check. 

Experience a total workout that combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosts your energy and leaves you with a serious dose of awesomeness. Christina believes exercise should be fun, so her classes are structured that way; with fun, easy-to-follow dance moves set to a variety of international rhythms.
